We set Neighborhood Networks into motion with an 8-month cohort called a Neighborhood Catalyst. Our vision is to cultivate networks of ecumenical friendship, deep understanding of context and collaboratively loving our neighbors that will move into being an ongoing network.

Fall 2025-Spring 2026: Sun Prairie

The American church is in the midst of a period of great contextual change, and through the eyes of faith, believers affirm that God is in the midst, actively engaged with human history and by the Spirit is inviting the church to join the “new thing” that God is doing.
— Christopher James, Church Planting in Post-Christian Soil

  • We meet monthly for a time of connection, learning, co-discerning and collaboration. This time will include learning from local leaders, strategic time with coaches, and co-discernment and collaboration with peers on mission together in our neighborhoods.

    We:

cultivate sustaining friendships among peers in local ministry and mission

build relationships with coaches and neighborhood leaders

deepen habits of deep engagement in your neighborhood as a context for mission

identify and develop skills for leading new initiatives in your neighborhood

discern areas of collaboration for church leaders, congregations, neighborhood nonprofits and community members
