We communally care for women in ministry by nurturing confidence in identity, calling, conviction, and courage to carry out our call and foster a supportive community for women through monthly gatherings, retreats, and a Facebook group, to develop deep relationships that strengthen health and wisdom.
Bi-Annual Day Retreats
We have found that the “day away” model has worked best for developing and nurturing a relational network of female leaders and ministers, who are more healthy and equipped to fulfill their callings and passions because of the connections to one another. Therefore, it is our joy to invite you to save the date for our next Day Retreat. With coffee, snacks, and a balanced and beautiful lunch, a beautiful space to explore and rest, and time for facilitated group spiritual direction as well as time for your own restorative activities, we hope you will join us.
Save the date: Friday, May 2nd, 2025

We are coming from different church traditions and different theological perspectives on the roles of women and men in church, in the family, etc. This is not a space to debate theology, but to support one another as women who are serving as leaders in the Church.
We acknowledge that this space (ecumenical group of women in ministry) and conversation can trigger trauma for some of us, and we are working to increase the safety for each of us who choose to participate. We welcome anonymous or named feedback from each gathering if you feel anything needs to be addressed (through the feedback form you’ll get by email or through a personal conversation), and we are available to refer you to someone or to be the person you can meet with to listen, process and/or pray regarding anything that comes up.
When engaging in conversation about men (male leaders or colleagues, our husbands, etc.), we will seek to honor and extend grace while also giving permission to be honest about things that are/have been painful.
Consider conversations to be confidential. Do not share other people’s personal information unless you gain permission first.
Each woman will have a window of time or be invited to share. Please self-monitor your time so everyone has a chance to speak.
Respond respectfully and compassionately to others based on their preferences. Avoid fixing, saving, or correcting anyone’s challenges. This is a judgment-free zone.
We are here to encourage, learn, and grow together, not solicit or promote services.
Let’s pray for one another!
